How-to guides

From download to a running setup

01

Check system requirements

Confirm your MetaTrader version, operating system, and platform settings before installing anything. Each guide lists the exact requirements for its tool.

02

Install the expert advisor or indicator

Copy the file into the correct MetaTrader data folder, then restart the terminal or refresh the Navigator so the new tool appears.

03

Set the initial parameters

Attach the tool to a chart and review each input against the parameter reference. Start with the default values before adjusting risk or timing settings.

04

Verify it runs

Check the Experts log for the initialization message, then confirm the tool responds on your chart before using it in any live environment.
